Warehouse: class A scale industrial and logistics complex “Severnoe Domodedovo”
Severnoe Domodedovo is one of the largest warehouse facilities in Russia and the largest of its kinds in Europe. More than 13 % of all warehouse premises of Moscow region are located in the territory of this object. The total area of logistics park is over 540 thousand of sq. m.
The industrial and logistics complex "Severnoe Domodedovo" took place in Commercial Real Estate Awards and was recognized as the best industrial project of 2007 in Russia and CIS countries. [1]

Severnoe Domodedovo logopark is determined primarily by its favorable location. The complex is situated 11 km south from Moscow between two federal highways in Domodedovo region. On one side it adjoins the M4 Don highway, on the other side the М2 Simferopol highway runs 9 km away from Severnoe Domodedovo.

Severnoe Domodedovo logopark will include 16 buildings. 12 of them were already taken into use.
According to the development project 12 buildings will be provided with railway entrances — the ways adjoining directly to buildings, equipped with railway stages.
The cross docking is provided for the convenient unloading of railway cars in the territory of warehouse complex.
The customs terminal Kashirsky (Noginsk customs) is located on the territory of logopark.
An optimal traffic capacity of industrial and logistics complex is provided by the effective project conception and the operating traffic scheme. Two parkings on 2200 passenger car spaces and 1110 spaces for trucks are available for the clients of Severnoe Domodedovo logopark.
The platform for maneuvering of trucks (35 m at width) is organized in front of the warehouse premises.
